HRIS Manager

In this position, you will lead the global human resources system and support the business activities of the organization.

As our HRIS Manager, you will be the owner of all global HR systems, responsible for providing end-to-end solutions in the field of HR information systems, analyzing and generating insights accordingly.

This role demands a deep understanding of HR processes and technology to efficiently manage employee data across multiple countries. As an HRIS Manager, you will oversee payroll operations from an HR perspective, ensuring data accuracy and compliance while collaborating with HR teams worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • System Design and Implementation:
  • Implementing, and maintaining HRIS systems, including modules for payroll, time and attendance, benefits, etc.
  • Aligning systems with the organization’s business needs, with a deep understanding of HR processes.
  • Developing interfaces between the HRIS system and other systems in the organization (e.g Teams, recruitment system).
  • Payroll Data Management:
  • Establishing an accurate and comprehensive payroll database, including information on base salary, bonuses, benefits, RSU’s, etc.
  • Regularly updating payroll data based on changes in terms of employment, legislation, and internal procedures.
  • Performing automated and accurate payroll calculations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Preparing payroll reports and pay slips for employees.
  • HR Processes:
  • Automating various HR processes, such as time and attendance management, leave, expenses, and benefits.
  • Developing reports and analytical insights for HR decision-making.
  • Improving the efficiency and accuracy of HR processes.
  • User Support:
  • Providing training and explanations to HRIS system users.
  • Handling inquiries and technical issues related to the system.
  • Ensuring the system’s high availability and serviceability.
  • Professional Development:
  • Monitoring new technologies in the HRIS field.
  • Initiating and leading projects to continually improve HRIS systems.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 4+ years’ experience working in Global HR Operations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced HRIS systems, 2+ years’ experience with bob is must.
  • HR Knowledge: A deep understanding of HR processes, including payroll management, labor laws, and collective agreements.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze large data sets, identify trends, and draw conclusions.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical issues in clear and simple language, work in a team, and collaborate with various stakeholders in the organization.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to plan, implement, and manage HRIS projects.
  • Proficiency in English
