Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist for our growing HR team in Israel. As a recruiter you will be responsible for managing Global-e’s end-to-end recruitment process.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.  

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with initial CV & phone screens and scheduling, ensuring a great candidate experience.
  • Help coordinate the full recruitment life-cycle for multiple open positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create job specs and recruitment workflows, and to develop creative and practical strategies for attracting and engaging with the relevant candidates.
  • Source and engage candidates, using strategic, creative, and innovative sourcing approaches leveraging multiple channels
  • Ensure a great candidate experience for both successful and unsuccessful candidates.

Requirements

  • 2-5 Years experience as a recruiter – Must
  • Experience in global recruiting – Must
  • Experience with technical recruiter-
  • Experience in creating innovative recruitment strategies to find and attract passive candidates.
  • Ability to work at a high pace, with competing and changing priorities.
  • Experience working in a hyper-growth company – advantage.
  • Extremely organized, with high attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in Romanian – advantage
  • Experience with Comeet system- advantage
