Global-e’s team is expanding and we are looking for a driven, ambitious and results-oriented Customer Success Executive to join our European HQ in London.
This is an entry level position to the customer success team. The Customer success executive will assist Global-e’s clients to grow their international sales and improve their on-line conversion.
· Work alongside senior Account Managers in the team to provide our clients with insights based on market trends and best practice.
· Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely and successful tasks delivery according to the clients’ needs.
· Prepare and present periodic performance analysis and reports covering client’s KPI’s, profit drivers, cost optimisations etc.
· Strong analytical skill
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· BA degree
· Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
· Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects at a time
· Excel proficiency
· Native level written and spoken French– an advantage
