We are looking for a talented and motivated Conversion Specialist Developer. As a Conversion Specialist Developer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our digital assets to improve conversion rates and enhance the overall user experience. Your primary focus will be on developing, testing, and implementing strategies to increase website conversions, maximize lead generation, and improve customer engagement.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of website performance, user behavior, and conversion funnels in conversion-sensitive companies to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies and A/B testing plans based on insights gained from working with conversion-sensitive companies.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly landing pages and website elements that drive conversions, drawing from your experience in conversion-focused design principles.
A/B Testing and Analytics:
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to measure the impact of changes on conversion rates and user engagement, leveraging your experience in conducting successful tests in conversion-sensitive companies.
- Utilize web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor website traffic patterns, and generate actionable insights for continuous optimization, drawing on your experience with conversion-focused analytics strategies.
- Develop reports and dashboards to communicate test results, conversion trends, and recommendations to stakeholders, leveraging your experience in presenting findings and driving actionable outcomes.
- At least 5 years proven experience developing end to end web applications.
- Solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices.
- Proven experience working in B2C companies or industries specifically focused on B2C products, such as e-commerce, entertainment and media, consumer electronics, food and beverage, health and wellness, travel and hospitality.
- Experience working with relational & NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in Hebrew and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience as a developer with a focus on conversion optimization, CRO, or related areas.
- Experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Experience with C#/Node.JS Server-side development
