Human Resources: Senior Recruiter (EMEA)

As Global-e continues to expand, we are looking for an in-house experienced Recruiter who will be responsible for managing Global-e’s end-to-end recruitment process across London, EU, and APAC. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.  

Responsibilities:

  • Play a critical role in the company’s growth by offering innovative sourcing strategies and driving the inbound and outbound candidate pipeline.
  • Assist with phone screens and scheduling, ensuring a great candidate experience.
  • Help coordinate the full recruitment life-cycle for multiple open positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create job specs and recruitment workflows.
  • Develop creative and practical strategies for attracting and engaging with the relevant candidates.
  • Source and engage candidates, using strategic, creative, and innovative sourcing approaches leveraging multiple channels
  • Ensure a great candidate experience for both successful and unsuccessful candidates.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience in the UK and Europe.
  • Experience in creating innovative recruitment strategies to find, attract and close passive candidates.
  • Extensive experience in recruiting for commercial roles.
  • Insights into and knowledge of the EMEA talent market.
  • Ability to work at a high pace, with competing and changing priorities.
  • Experience working in a hyper-growth start-up company – advantage.
  • Extremely organized, with high attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English and located in the UK.
  • Must be able to come to the office at least 3 days a week.
