Human Resources: HRBP - Maternity Cover (EMEA & APAC)

We are looking for an interim HRBP to join our team for 8-10 months to cover maternity leave. Ideally you’ll be able to start from March 2023; (this is a hybrid position with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home). Under the guidance of the Global VP of HR, you will support the HR team's strategic objectives and take on a range of projects and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Help to manage and sustain a positive employee culture through developing and implementing talent management and HR initiatives and projects across our UK, EU and APAC offices.
  • Support the business and leadership in day-to-day activities.
  • Work closely with our Finance teams on the salary process across EMEA and APAC.
  • Partner with our global Legal teams to ensure the company has the correct agreements in place and is compliant with local law.
  • Manage the full employee life cycle from; hiring and onboarding to potential disciplinaries and dismissals.
  • Guide your business stakeholders on requests such as internal transfers, headcount requests, global mobility etc.
  • Identify key drivers of engagement and attrition.

Requirements

  • Experience as a People Partner/HRBP working in a hyper-growth and dynamic global company.
  • Proven track record in the implementation of agreed people projects and activities.
  • Ability to manage and resolve employee relations issues.
  • Ability to work at a high pace, with competing and changing priorities.
  • A strong sense of discretion, professionalism, and use of good judgment while working with confidential and sensitive information.
  • CIPD qualified preferred.
  • Commitment to promoting equality and diversity practices and, working knowledge of equal opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
