Sales: Sales Manager - Spain

We are looking for an experienced e-commerce sales professional to join Global-e and develop our growing client base in Europe.

The Sales Manager, with support from the London office Sales team, will be responsible for sourcing, prospecting and developing leads into qualified potential customers. Then, through a combination of face to face and video conference calls, turn those prospects into trading customers of Global-e.

Responsibilities:

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with potential clients, mainly with C-levels
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
  • Analyzing organizations existing cross border offering to establish needs
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients
  • Use of CRM to maintain and manage pipeline
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for client until they are live and handed over to their Account Manager
  • Travel throughout Spain will be required and occasional travel to the UK for team meeting
  • Reporting to the EU CEO

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skill
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience, preferably within e-commerce
  • Excellent English and Spanish verbal and written communications skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple prospects at a time
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
