As a Payments Operations Expert, you will be responsible for production performance, driving optimization improvements, and leveraging data insights to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Monitor and lead performance and optimization processes.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance payment processing workflows to streamline operations, reduce costs, and optimize efficiency.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in payment data to uncover insights and drive informed decision-making.
- Monitor key payment metrics and trends, identifying issues and implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment-related escalations and minimize potential risks.

- Solid understanding of payment systems, including card networks, payment gateways, fraud detection, and chargeback management.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, or Python for extracting, transforming, and analyzing payment-related data.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
