We are looking for a QA Manager who will join the growing Guild team at Global-e.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional guild of QA professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture within the QA guild.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of QA practices.
- Continuously assess and optimize testing methodologies to adapt to evolving technologies and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to promote a quality mindset throughout the organization.
Training and Development:
- Provide guidance and training to QA team members, fostering their professional growth and skill development.
Metrics and Reporting:
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of QA processes.
- Generate and present regular reports on QA metrics and progress to leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QA Lead or Manager in a fast-paced software development environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Continuous learning mindset and a commitment to staying current with industry trends.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Knowledge of agile and DevOps methodologies.
