Marketing: Content Team Lead

Petah Tikva, Israel

We are looking for an experienced content marketing writer and editor to join our growing marketing team. In this position, you will lead the team of marketing writers and will serve as the editor, responsible for driving marketing content excellence.

The content team lead will work closely with the director of marketing to implement an integrated content strategy in alignment with the company's marketing strategy, through content creation for a wide range of purposes and across all marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, write and edit different types of content, ensuring a consistent, compelling narrative, style and brand voice in alignment with company’s marketing strategy and core messaging
  • Drive and manage content/editorial calendar to support all initiatives, to support marketing strategy and KPIs
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and style across all assets and platforms
  • Deliver effective and impactful content on a multitude of projects including blog posts, research reports, white papers, content for the website, social media posts, email and digital campaigns, case studies, video scripts, thought leadership bylines and more
  • Continually refine and improve content based on feedback and analytics, identify content performance KPIs and continue to refine the content strategies based on performance
  • Complete high-quality work on tight deadlines 

Requirements

  • A native English speaker and writer with outstanding verbal and written communication skills – a must
  • 5+ years of highly successful content marketing experience in B2B SaaS, or at an ecommerce brand or agency – a must
  • A true marketer – real understanding of the B2B marketing world and a storyteller by nature, with an emphasis on strategic storytelling
  • Editorial mindset and the ability to lead team of writers - edit content produced by other members of the team to drive consistency across marketing materials and messaging
  • Experience handling multiple projects/tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A good grasp of technical concepts and turning numbers into a story
  • Exceptional research and analytical skills
  • An eye for detail and an ear for nuance
  • Creative and thinking outside the box
  • Firm understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) skills
  • Positive, energetic and a team player, with a strong can-do attitude and the ability to pivot as needed
