The HR Specialist position plays a crucial role in managing various HR aspects and ensuring the effective functioning of business units. This role involves a combination of employee relations, talent acquisition, administrative tasks and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Conduct orientation sessions, assist with paperwork. Coordinate offboarding activities and exit interviews when employees leave the company.
- Support employees in the different stages in their life cycles regarding HR policies, procedures, and general inquiries
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files.
- Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, conduct interviews and coordinate the selection process.
- At least 1-2 years experience in HR roles: HR Specialist / Junior HR business Partner, preferably within the high-tech industry.
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, social science, or a related field is often required.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong consulting and influencing skills and a team player.
- Solid knowledge of HR policies.
- English at a very good level – both spoken and written a must.
