We are looking for our first Product Marketing manager to join our Product Department and play a crucial role in the success of our cross-border e-Commerce business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy for Global-e products.
- Develop key messaging and value propositions for new products and features.
- Collaborate with product managers and cross-company partners to develop and launch successful products.
- Be responsible for product’s GTM plans; manage all aspects of product launches such as messaging, internal communication, training, collateral, and rollout strategy.
- Organize and deliver relevant training to ensure internal teams are effectively educated, aligned, and informed on the product perspective messaging.
- Write easy-to-understand micro copy for Global-e products.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as Product Marketing Manager.
- B2B/B2B2C SaaS experience – Must.
- Experience with e-Commerce, funnel conversion, Fintech, Logistics or Payments industries – a major plus.
- Strategic thinker and result-driven with strong analytical skills.
- Proactive approach with a can-do attitude
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, storytelling and cross-group skills.
- Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Know how to translate complex concepts into clear, concise language and business values.
- Have exceptional planning, organization and project management skills.
