We're looking for a super talented Technical Support Engineer Tier 1 to join our growing operation group in Petah Tikva. This position provides a great opportunity to work collaboratively with other Global-e engineers, analysts, and cross-functional groups.
The day-to-day tasks include ensuring that all our merchant technical issue is being cared, working closely with our Tier 2 team
Responsibilities include addressing and debugging complex technical issues, investigating logs, working with databases, follow up on tickets, escalate issues to Tier2.
1-3 years of experience in technical support.
Excellent written communication skills in English
Knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases.
Previous experience in an eCommerce environment is a strong advantage.
Exceptional troubleshooting skills.
Willingness and ability to deep dive into the problem and find the root cause.
Ability to multitask and handle various priorities.
Display a positive and proactive attitude in all interactions with internal and external customers.
