We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager who will be responsible for the R&D Delivery group releases.

The Delivery Manager is responsible for planning, monitoring and delivering both customer-facing and infrastructure projects, according to a planned schedule, scope, and quality KPIs, as well as identifying and resolving issues, conflicts, and slips (including resources dilemmas between activities), manage the day-to-day coordination of all teams.

The Delivery Manager works independently, under general and professional guidelines, on routine tasks, problem resolution and any escalations, when required; as well as collaborate with internal groups, such as Customer Success, R&D, Automation, Product, Projects, IT and Tech Support. The delivery manager will represent Global-e and the R&D Delivery group in front of customers on delivery matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Main point of contact for the account management and project management teams to manage the delivery of new business requirements and help build and improve processes across the organization
  • Oversight and direction of all delivery execution activities including scoping, scheduling, quality, and performance associated with the project assigned
  • Lead the internal and/or external problem-solving efforts necessary to arrive the required results
  • Facilitate, synchronize and track progress of the various cross-company teams: Development, Product, infrastructure, integrations, etc.
  • Communicate the delivery status both internally and externally
  • Resource and capacity planning for short, mid and long term planning
  • Define and track delivery KPIs and conduct data analysis for delivery matters such as budget vs. actual, resource utilization, quality and scope

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B project / program / delivery management experience in software projects
  • Proven international B2B customer-facing experience
  • Proven track record of handling large complex projects and datasets, while being detail-oriented and maintain accuracy
  • Experience working with KPI metrics
  • Strong analytical skills and technical orientation - experience in data analysis and reports creation
  • Proficient in Excel and PPT (MS Suite in general), and Business Intelligence tools
  • Ability to navigate high-pressure situations, identify problems and solutions, and escalate as needed
  • A ‘wide angle’ vision and system wide perspective of software and internet products
  • Experience in various information systems (SFDC, Jira, Confluence etc’) – advantage
  • English at native level
