We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Corporate Development Manager to help lead the company’s growth agenda through strategic planning, competitive intelligence and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). This high-impact role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic initiatives that align with our long-term vision, while tracking market trends and competitive movements.

- Identify and assess growth opportunities
- Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives
- Support strategic planning process
Competitive Intelligence:
- Develop and maintain a robust understanding of market dynamics and competitor strategies.
- Produce executive-level competitive insights and reports to inform business decisions.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to validate market positioning and competitive differentiation.
Mergers & Acquisitions:
- Support M&A activities including target identification, valuation, due diligence, and integration planning.
- Build business cases and financial models to assess potential transactions.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, HR, and business leaders throughout deal execution and integration.
