We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive junior Customer Service Finance Representative to support our finance and customer service teams in resolving payment disputes and related financial queries. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with a foundational understanding of finance or accounting who are looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will have the opportunity to develop core finance and dispute resolution skills while working in a supportive team environment, gaining exposure to cross-functional teams and real-world financial operations

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the investigation and resolution of payment disputes, refund proofs and other related financial issues. 
  • Communicate with customers and financial institutions regarding the status and outcomes of disputes.
  • Maintain accurate records of all disputes, including supporting documentation and resolution outcomes.
  • Monitor dispute case queues and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Finance team as required.


Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  •  Basic understanding of financial transactions and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in a finance or customer service role is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to commit to a full-time position
