We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Specialist to join our HR team for a temporary position.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations, supporting Global HR team, managers and employees.
Please Note- This is a maternity leave replacement for one year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Support the administration of employee life cycle processes.
- Process payroll inputs and collaborate with the finance team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for internal stakeholders.
- Take part in our annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, promotions), ensuring smooth execution and data alignment
- Maintain a comprehensive, structured database covering base salary, bonuses, RSUs, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Support the HR team with various operational tasks and projects as needed.
