Corporate Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Corporate Development Manager to help lead the company’s growth agenda through strategic planning, competitive intelligence and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). This high-impact role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic initiatives that align with our long-term vision, while tracking market trends and competitive movements.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy:

  • Identify and assess growth opportunities 
  • Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives
  • Support strategic planning process

Competitive Intelligence:

  • Develop and maintain a robust understanding of market dynamics and competitor strategies. 
  • Produce executive-level competitive insights and reports to inform business decisions.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to validate market positioning and competitive differentiation.

Mergers & Acquisitions:

  • Support M&A activities including target identification, valuation, due diligence, and integration planning.
  • Build business cases and financial models to assess potential transactions.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, HR, and business leaders throughout deal execution and integration.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in corporate development in a high-tech company, strategy consulting or investment banking.
  • Strong financial acumen, including proficiency in valuation techniques and financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to work across functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics or a related field; MBA preferred.
