Global-e is seeking a talented System Administrator to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our servers, networks, and IT infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot system and network issues to ensure uptime and performance
  • Implement security measures to protect our systems and data
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to implement new technologies and solutions
  • Provide technical support to end-users and assist with training as needed

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
  • Familiarity with network protocols and security practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
