HRIS Manager

In this global role, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our HR information systems, while also managing critical compensation processes across the organization. You’ll serve as the global owner of HRIS and be a key partner in aligning HR technology with business needs — ensuring accurate data, seamless processes, and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

HRIS Ownership & System Optimization

  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of global HR systems (e.g., payroll, time & attendance, benefits).
  • Ensure systems align with evolving organizational and HR needs.
  • Develop and maintain system integrations
  • Provide system support, training, and troubleshooting to global HR users.

Compensation & Payroll Data

  • Own and manage HR-side payroll data for multiple countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Lead annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, promotions), ensuring smooth execution and data alignment.
  • Maintain a comprehensive, structured database covering base salary, bonuses, RSUs, and benefits.
  • Coordinate with local payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate processing.

Analytics & Process Improvement

  • Generate advanced HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR operations and reporting.
  • Ensure data consistency and system governance across regions.

Global Collaboration

  • Partner closely with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to support strategic initiatives.
  • Champion best practices in digital HR operations and employee data management.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in global HR operations and systems.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with advanced HRIS platforms – HiBob is a must.
  • Strong understanding of payroll operations, compensation cycles, and regulatory compliance.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills; ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple terms.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment, with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent English – both written and verbal – is essential.
