Operations Analyst – Temporary Position

In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and monitoring the smooth movement of parcels from merchants to the carriers. This includes coordinating with carriers, collaborating with various internal and external teams, and proactively resolving issues.

 Responsibilities:

  • Complete export declarations using an on line portal and via email to aid parcels moving from Germany outbound of the EU.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to Zendesk tickets if and when required to do so.
  • Follow up with carriers to ensure timely resolution of open cases.
  • Monitor and resolve FTS (Failed Transfer to Shipping) and Address Validation issues.
  • Escalate issues proactively when needed.
  • Provide coverage for team members during vacations or absences.
  • Stay up to date with all carrier processes, reports, and contacts to support team coverage.
  • Participate in regular Operations team meetings and contribute insights.

 

Requirements

  • Native or near-native level English – both written and spoken
  • Proficient in Excel is a must.
  • An open mind and ‘can do’ attitude
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Customer service orientation to any problem.
  • Flexibility
  • Problem Solving/Analysis.
  • Teamwork Orientation but at the same time be able to work alone and be able to prioritize.
