Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Department and play a crucial role in the success of our cross-border e-Commerce business.

Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Insights:

· Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.

· Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.

· Analyse market data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new feature development.

  • GTM Enablement:

· Train and equip GTM teams with the tools and resources needed to effectively sell and position products.

· Develop competitive battle cards and objection-handling strategies.

· Manage product launch’s, release notes, communications, and deliverables.

  • Content Development:

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create sales collateral, case studies, whitepapers, and other assets.

· Ensure consistency and alignment of content across channels.

  • Product Messaging:

· Develop clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging frameworks.

· Create product value proposition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in e-Commerce, Fintech, Logistics or Payments industries
  • B2B/B2B2C SaaS experience – Advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to craft compelling product narratives and translate complex concepts into clear, concise language and business values
