Product Manager

  • Manage Complex Workflow – Navigate and define complex workflows within a complex B2B domain, ensuring our solutions effectively manage data and configurations from multiple sources.
  • Strategic Prioritization- Manage the product backlog for engineering teams, setting clear priorities based on strategic goals, business impact, and stakeholder needs.
  • Stakeholder Communication- Effectively communicate requirements, project status, and key decisions. Act as the primary facilitator between multiple stakeholders, including internal R&D teams, other Product Managers, and external partners and customers.
  • Problem-Solving- Utilize a strong business understanding and problem-solving approach to generalize requirements and develop effective, scalable solutions for our customers.
  • Hands-On Execution- Be deeply involved in the day-to-day work, from receiving requirements to validating the final solution with the requester.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, with specific expertise in B2B or B2B2C SaaS solutions and third-party integrations.
  • A solid technical understanding is essential to define integration requirements and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Ability to handle many activities in parallel, manage multiple projects, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are critical for managing diverse stakeholders and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Deep understanding of the Product Life Cycle and best practices for product management.
