Business Development Executive

Global-e (Nasdaq: GLBE) is the world’s leading platform to enable and accelerate global, direct-to-consumer cross-border e-commerce growth. We make selling internationally as simple as selling domestically for hundreds of retailers and brands worldwide.

We are seeking an individual contributor and closer who will partner with Global e to ensure the immediate growth of the emerging brands, Japan clients portfolio. The Business Development Executive candidate will be responsible for providing prospective clients with strategic growth insights based on data to exceed revenue targets set forth by management. 


  • Work on new leads entering our system by identifying, qualifying, cleansing, and keeping up-to-date information within each record managed across various internal systems.
  • Cultivating personalized messages and approaching customers through follow-up emails/calls/any other form of communication.
  • Conduct first introduction meetings with prospects
  • Qualifying and generating interest to top tier accounts through email, LinkedIn Sales Nav, phone calls, and video messaging via our SEP (
  • Manage data for current and new prospects within our CRM (HubSpot), ensuring all qualified deals are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.
  • Conduct research to identify potential prospects and work with multiple sales team members to cleanse prospect lists.
  • Collaborating with colleagues concerning creative strategies and market insights to bring in new opportunities
  • Work with the sales team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
  • Work along Consumer Insights Strategist to identify emerging verticals and to conduct data-driven communication.
  • Offering feedback to the company regarding new ideas, information, and business development needs


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-2 years related experience preferred
