Duty Drawback Analyst

This is the way to save on returned goods and increase margins for international trading. We are expanding rapidly our activity and team around these programs to maximize ROI for our brands.  

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Data Analyst who’s passionate about turning data into actionable insights. You will support the analytical backbone of the Duty Drawback program, helping optimize one of Global-e’s most impactful operational processes. 

Responsibilities:

• Analyze operational data to support drawback claim generation and compliance. 
• Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs for program visibility. 
• Support merchant eligibility and participation analysis to uncover new revenue opportunities. 
• Collaborate with Developers, Product and BI to ensure data accuracy, availability and integrity. 
• Prepare data extracts for audits and compliance checks. 
• Support improvements in data workflows, automation, and reporting.
