Facilities Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Facilities Manager to join our team. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to support our facilities operations while gaining experience in an international environment.

The Facilities Manager will be responsible on the global daily offices operations, cross-organizational projects, infrastructure, safety, maintenance and continuous improvement of facilities processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible of managing all facilities services and projects related to the department.
  • Lead day to day all global offices operation: maintenance, cleaning, security and office supply
  • Be responsible and manage the company global real-estate
  • Work directly with contractors, vendors, building management, landlords and providers
  • Oversee space planning, office moves, and workplace optimization
  • Ensure safety workplace, compliance with health and regulatory adherence
  • Manage the front desk and maintenance team

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing office facilities in global companies.
  • Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation
  • Demonstrated experience managing improvement projects and maintenance programs
  • Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety)
  • Able to evaluate priorities and re-juggle as appropriate
  • Able to resolve conflicts and communicate intentions clearly
  • Deliver on time and with high quality results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong communication skills, leadership and teamwork
  • Fluent English- Must!
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, outlook
