Information Systems Administrator

We’re looking for an organized and proactive team member to play a crucial role in our IT operations. This position focuses on the day-to-day administration of essential SaaS applications and the execution of IT purchasing processes.

Responsibilities:

Administer and support key SaaS platforms (e.g., Jira, DocuSign, Zendesk), focusing on system configuration, user provisioning, and access control.
Coordinate the IT purchasing workflow for hardware, software licenses, SaaS platforms, and external services, supporting supplier engagement, contract review, and managing necessary documentation for timely delivery.
Collaberate cross-functionally with IT, Security, Legal, and Finance to ensure all purchasing activities and system administration adhere to established business goals and compliance requirements.
Drive continuous improvements in organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans, strategies, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

2 years experience in IT procurement execution or SaaS administration – required
Experience in international business environments – required
Native-level English skills (spoken and written) – required
Proven ability managing multi-vendor relationships
Exceptional organizational skills with a strong emphasis on documentation, license tracking, and contract renewal support.
Proficiency with advanced Excel and familiarity with a range of SaaS/CRM systems (e.g., Jira, Monday, Zendesk, HubSpot, Make.com).
Familiarity with procurement, sourcing, or spend management platforms (e.g., Zip, Pivot, or similar systems) is a plus.
A resourceful and dependable problem solver who excels in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment.
