Operations Specialist

Global-e is seeking an Operations Specialist to optimize and oversee our day-to-day operational activities. This role requires a proactive individual who can streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency within our company.
Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage and maintain operational documentation and records.
  • Identify operational issues and provide solutions promptly.
  • Support the development of operational strategies aligned with business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operations-related software.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
