BI Product Manager- Temp Position

As a BI Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and evolving our Business Intelligence products. You will be responsible for defining the roadmap, building advanced data solutions, and empowering our merchants with actionable insights to drive smarter decisions across our cross-border e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the BI product roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements based on stakeholder needs, business goals, and market trends.
  • Partner with BI engineers, analysts, and developers to design and deliver scalable self service BI dashboards and reports that support strategic decision-making.
  • Gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders, translate them into clear product specifications, and manage the full lifecycle of BI features.
  • Leverage data visualization and analytics tools to monitor KPIs, and customer behavior, enabling business teams to act on insights.
  • Conduct research and competitive analysis to stay on top of BI trends.
  • Drive adoption of BI products by collaborating with business teams (solutions, sales, account management, operations, and support), ensuring value is delivered across the organization.

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience, ideally within e-Commerce, Fintech, BI or Data Platforms.
  • B2B or B2B2C SaaS experience – Must.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience with BI/analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Qlik, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, data pipelines, and database technologies (SQL proficiency a plus).
  • Familiarity with agile product development methodologies.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for building data-driven products.
