Just one year after implementing Global-e’s cross-border ecommerce solution, the popular brand saw more than a 100% increase in conversion rates in leading global markets.

The Challenge

Jonak, the popular Paris-based women’s shoe brand, has 67 boutiques throughout France and beyond. The company operated a webstore where they sold their high-quality footwear to international customers, but they only saw a moderate number of orders from a limited number of markets. Jonak’s offering was limited; prices on the webstore were displayed in euro only and credit cards and PayPal were the only accepted payment methods. Furthermore, their international shipping offering included high rates, especially to destinations outside of Europe, which hindered international conversion rates.

Additionally, the brand can now present prices inclusive of all taxes to specific markets and inform shoppers that no additional charges will be added
  • A choice of shipping methods at competitive rates including express shipping and free shipping worldwide over specified thresholds, set per market
  • A variety of the most commonly used local payment methods in each market – more than 150 methods are supported including local and alternative payment methods
  • Transparent and easy returns process including local returns in different markets and pre-paid returns for all markets
