Global-e is looking for a highly motivated BDE/SDR Team Lead to join our US Business Development Team. Global-e (Nasdaq: GLBE) is the world’s leading platform to enable and accelerate global, direct-to-consumer cross-border e-commerce growth.

As we continue to expand the Sales team in New York office, the BDE Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of BDEs/SDRs to drive business growth and expansion. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and mentor team members to achieve targets and exceed expectations. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies & identifying new business opportunities.
