SW Engineer

We’re looking for a senior .net developer to join Global-e Platforms R&D department and take a significant part in the development of Global-e’s system.

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about technology and software development, with end-to-end experience developing .net web applications with emphasis on server-side development, working in a complex, cloud-based environment.

The job will include involvement in the design and development of our flag ship and cutting-edge Shopify applications, which is used by our tier 1 retailers and online brands who have chosen Global-e as their cross-border eCommerce solution provider.

Requirements

At least 5 years proven experience developing .net web applications
Proven experience in C# .net server side development using .net core
Understanding of design patterns and OOD/OOP principles
Experience working with micro-services
Experience working with Couchbase, RabbitMQ
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Good English level (both verbal and written)
Previous experience with e-commerce systems – strong advantage
Experience working with Amazon cloud – advantage
Good understanding of JavaScript – advantage
Experience working with relational & NoSQL databases – advantage
