Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join our global engineering organization. This role is central to planning, monitoring, and delivering Core R&D releases, ensuring alignment with schedule, scope, KPIs, and quality standards. You will also lead end-to-end large-scale software initiatives, collaborating across Core R&D and interfacing with multiple technology units.

This is a high-impact position requiring strong leadership, structured thinking, and the ability to operate independently across time zones and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the release lifecycle for Core R&D, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery across all phases.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including software architects, tech leads, product managers, DevOps, QA, IT, and NOC.
• Drive project execution: scoping, scheduling, risk management, and performance tracking.
• Define and monitor delivery KPIs (e.g., quality, velocity, resource utilization, budget vs. actual).
• Identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks, escalate issues when needed, and continuously improve internal processes.
• Promote operational excellence across SDLC, release management, and analytics.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and support off-hours release activities as needed.
