We are looking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our payroll team in Israel.
The Payroll Specialist will be working with the Payroll Controller to prepare payroll in Israel.
Responsibilities
Taking part in preparation for 600+ employees in Israel, supporting end-to-end payroll, including reporting and payment of social benefits, under the management of the Payroll Controller
Handling onboarding and termination of employees
Taking care of employee payroll deductions/reimbursement and communication with pension insurance agents
Responding to employee payroll inquiries and providing exceptional customer service in Hebrew and English
Collaborating with HR and other departments to ensure accurate and consistent payroll practices
Performing monthly payroll reports analyses
Responsible for employee attendance and relevant reporting
Requirements
Certified Payroll controller in Israel – must
At least 3-4 years of experience in processing payroll of at least 300-400 employees – must
Proficiency in Hilan – must
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Excellent communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service in Hebrew and English, written and verbal – must
Knowledge of Israeli payroll regulations and compliance requirements, including tax and social security laws
