We are looking for a skilled, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Solutions Engineer to play a key role in supporting our Sales, Project, Product, and R&D teams. In this role, you will lead technical discussions with online retailers and brands looking to expand their cross-border business with Global-e, helping them understand how our platform can support their global growth.
You will own the technical and integration track during both in-person and remote meetings with prospects and existing clients. This includes staying up to date on Global-e’s current and upcoming capabilities, identifying client needs and technical challenges, and translating customer feedback into actionable input for our Product and R&D teams.
Responsibilities:
Compensation: 140k-160k + Bonus + Equity
